Common questions
How long should my dog be walked each day?+
Most adult dogs need 30 to 60 minutes a day. Puppies and seniors do better with shorter, more frequent walks. We'll match you with a walker who knows your dog's breed.
What happens if it rains?+
Your walker will message you with options. Usually we'll shift the walk by an hour, or do an indoor playtime instead. You won't be charged for cancelled outdoor walks.
Can my walker pick up my dog from the condo?+
Yes. Just leave instructions for the concierge or share access at booking. Most walkers handle pickup/drop-off as part of the walk.
