How we vet our carers
In-person interview
Every applicant meets us face-to-face. We talk about experience, motivation, and edge cases. Most don't make the cut.
Reference checks
We speak to two past clients or employers before any carer joins. No exceptions.
Domain certifications
Pet sitters carry pet first-aid certification. Personal trainers hold recognised qualifications (NASM, ACE, ACSM). Cleaners are background-checked.
Insurance on every booking
Public-liability and care-custody insurance is included on every booking, at no extra cost to you.
