1. Two minutes on SmartMatch
Tell us what kind of care you need, where, and any special requirements. No account needed at this stage.
2. Pick your shortlist
We rank our network by fit and show you the top matches. Mark your favourites as Premium (top picks) or Approved (backups). Skip anyone who isn't a fit.
3. Meet & confirm
We'll connect you with your top picks within a day. Most sitters and trainers offer a free 15-minute meet-and-greet before your first session.
4. Live updates while we work
During every booking you'll get photos, GPS tracking (for walks), or a short report at the end. Pay securely in-app after each completed session.
